Our Cookie Butter Poptart is a homemade pastry treat, made with flaky pastry dough wrapped around Biscoff Cookie Butter.

The dough is made in-house, and the filling is Biscoff Cookie Butter. Expect a soft, flaky pastry crust giving way to the warm cookie butter filling topped with a vanilla royal icing with cookie butter cookie crumbs.

It's a lovely little something for breakfast, a midday pick-me-up, or a snack alongside your coffee. Since these are made by hand in small batches, they're best enjoyed fresh, and they keep well for a few days stored in an airtight container at room temperature. If you like your poptarts toasted - these are very good toasted in a toaster oven or heated at 350 for 5 minutes in a conventional oven.
